Ethically sourced sourced coffee (they roast their own), sandwiches on freshly baked bread, plus the best chocolate and peanut butter cake I have ever eaten (plus it’s vegan). Yum.

Good basic coffee, but with if you sit outside you get an unrivalled view of the Rad Cam!

3. Cafe Nero in Blackwells

I’m a huge Caffe Nero fan. This location is unique because it is A) located in the best bookshop in the world and B) you get a view of Bodlein Library.

Central location, great atmosphere and an ethical foundation. This cosy cafe has a rustic seating with stripped floors. Très chic!

Espresso bar on the High Street which has good-quality coffee. Popular with students. Also has cakes and pastries.
