Speed boating on the Thames

 

I had a great time speeding down the Thames yesterday, courtesy of iExplore. This newly launched travel company specialises in "thrillaxing" holidays, families included. My 50 minutes on the Thames was "thrilhausting" after all the screaming (watch the video and you'll understand).

I also met Irish charmer Craig Doyle from BBC's Holiday (remember that show?) Yes, he is still cute.

    Great video – told the kids I was sitting there, right next to Susanna, they wanted to know why I wasn’t in it – I explained it was probably deliberate!

    Oh my goodness – It looks even more scary in the video! Being at the front I didn’t see the wake we were leaving behind!
