What do you do when life give you snow? Make snow ice cream of course!
This recipe is incredibly easy. There are only 4 ingredients – evaporated milk, sugar, vanilla and snow! It’s loads of fun to make. Make it yourself, or have the kids help. You’ll love it!
Mix together evaporated milk, vanilla, and sugar.
Stir until the sugar dissolves.
Put this mixture in the freezer to get cold, or take it outside while you gather your snow.
Slowly add the snow, mixing thoroughly, until it is thick. You may need a little more or less snow. I did this all outside so it would stay cold.
Enjoy!
This recipe makes about 10 servings as per the pic. You can half it if you don’t want as much. I put our extra in the freezer and had it for breakfast!
Have fun!

Great recipe. Hopefully we’ll get some more snow so we can give it a go 🙂

My boys would love making this! They’re kind of over the snow, but they are big ice cream addicts.

Have fun! Some recipes I’ve seen just use regular milk, but the evaporated milk makes it creamy. My girls loved it! And it froze well – we had some for breakfast too. xx
