Depends where you get the snow from of course 🙂 sounds yummy!
I thought this was a joke, now I see you was actually being serious! Not sure I would want to eat snow. I’m going to mention this to my two and see what they say…
Why didn’t I think of that??? I think of icecream all the time, and we had a stack of snow – why did I not put the two together?
My mother arrives from Aus on wednesday and she asked me to put some snow in the freezer so she could see it. I thought she was joking, she wasn’t, but now I really wish I did.
Thanks so much for the talk yesterday Susannah – I went straight onto your blog and the first thing I read was this, absolutely love the idea of Snow Ice Cream.

What an utterly sweet idea. Does it originate from the legend that is Diana Henry by any chance?

OOh sounds delicious. I was just thinking today that the snow looked like icing and I’d love a taste. Now I don’t have to.

Darn – I came here with a very witty “yellow snow” comment and see that I’ve been beaten to it!

Of course if you have a dog, you should avoid the yellow snow!
