No snow here – even in Tahoe, so will have to make an icy – Hawaiian style!

Why didn’t I think of that??? I think of icecream all the time, and we had a stack of snow – why did I not put the two together?
My mother arrives from Aus on wednesday and she asked me to put some snow in the freezer so she could see it. I thought she was joking, she wasn’t, but now I really wish I did.

What an utterly sweet idea. Does it originate from the legend that is Diana Henry by any chance?

OOh sounds delicious. I was just thinking today that the snow looked like icing and I’d love a taste. Now I don’t have to.
