I made these shortbread bunnies for my daughter’s birthday party this weekend! Pretty cute, huh?

    @antontella Very simple shortbread recipe: 1 lb margarie, 1 cup sugar and 5 1/2 cups flour. I’ll try to get the weights. Cream margarine and sugar, then add flour, and don’t overmix. Bake at 170 for about 18 minutes (for large cookies, or until edges are brown). I bought pink regal icing(from Hobby Craft) and cut out the icing to the shape of the cookie. I just wet the back of the cut out icing with water to make it stick, and used sprinkles! Have fun!
