A Modern Mother goes on press junket and meets boy band The Wanted

A girl has to have some fun, right???

I ran into boy band The Wanted on a press event for the new Disney film Tangled.

The band was very sweet and didn't even ask why a middle-aged mum would want a photo. I told them it was for my daughter 😀

I'll write more about Tangled later … I got to meet some fabulous film people including Oscar-winning composer Alan Menken (Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Pocahontas), directors Byron Howard and Nathan Greno and lead animator Glen Keane.

    My kids are clearly too young/The Wanted doesn’t get airtime on Radio 2 so I’ve no idea who they are. That said, I’m still impressed.
